Request for a Withdrawal Card

Please request a withdrawal card if you are a member in good standing, with your dues paid up to date, who is no longer working at your represented workplace due to resignation, discharge, layoff, retirement, or extended amount of time on a leave of absence.  

When you are on withdrawal, you are considered to have an “inactive” status, and are therefore ineligible to exercise the rights of union membership, such as voting in elections or on contracts.
