Rick has been a member of Teamster Local 662 since July of 1987. Prior to that he was a member of Bricklayers and Allied Craftsmen, Local 6 in Wausau, Wisconsin. Rick was hired as a Local Union Business Agent/Organizer in January of 2004.

Rick was an elected delegate to the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Conventions in 2001, the special convention of 2002 and 2006.

Rick served as Vice President of the Local from 2000 until the merger with Local 75 in 2007, and currently serves as Trustee of
