1977 Elected as President of LU75 with approximately 4500 members in the Local located in Green Bay, WI 1985 Elected as Secretary-Treasurer of LU 75

1989 Elected as National Dairy Director for USA and Canada

1996 Elected as President of Joint Council 39 for the State of Wisconsin with 40,000 members and 20,000 retirees

1998 Elected as Vice President at Large to serve on the General Executive Board of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters which covers 1.5 million members throughout the USA and Canada

2002 Elected as National Food Processing Director for USA and Canada

2003 Elected by secret ballot - Chairman of Union Trustees, Central States Pension Fund

Fred has resided in Green Bay all of his life and has a beautiful 20 year old daughter, Amy.
